URGENT MESSAGE

Nimble Arts as of 30th July has been forced to close its doors due to insolvency after a very tough year financially.This has been a decision we have had to make very suddenly and we very much regret the financial worry and stress we have caused to our customers who had bookings with us. We are currently in the process of engaging an insolvency practitioner who will contact all customers in the near future. Thank you for your patience.

All customers with bookings were emailed on 31st July please check your junk folder if not received. All communication will now be passed over to the Insolvency specialist.

We apologise for the delay in sharing the details of our chosen Insolvency Practitioner with you who will contact all creditors on our behalf and manage the process of liquidation. We have chosen a company and they are performing their final checks while we gather all the information they require. This takes a little time and it may be Monday before we can share more details once they are officially engaged.

We understand and feel so deeply the hurt, upset and difficulties the loss of booking fee and childcare our emergency insolvency has caused - the summer bookings we were expecting to come through in week 1 of the club did not come through as they have for the last 10 years and, having sought advice as soon as this became apparent on Wednesday, the guidance was we must legally stop trading as the company was insolvent.

As soon as the team is appointed and have advised us on next steps we will send an update. Please note we are not able to monitor or answer messages at this time as we need to wait for official advice on how to proceed. We know this is very frustrating. Thank you for your patience and our very deepest apologies for the delay.
